The hotel had a charming and unique decoration that reminded me of my younger days. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were spacious and comfortable, perfect for senior people to relax and socialize. The hotel was also easily accessible for us, with no stairs to climb and plenty of seating areas throughout for us to rest our tired legs.
I would have appreciated a better selection of activities or entertainment specifically designed for senior people. Perhaps some organized day trips or evening events that catered to our interests and allowed us to connect with other guests or the children of the staff.

The Ashmolean Museum was only 1.6 km away, so convenient for my cultural fix. London Heathrow Airport was a mere hop, skip, and a jump away. Notley Abbey being 25 km away just made my Instagram feed look more impressive.
Oh, and let's not forget the random bags and cleaning stuff outside my door. Such a lovely touch.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely delightful, with charming and unique touches throughout the property. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easily accessible elevators and well-lit corridors, making it easy to navigate around the premises.
I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there in terms of offering additional amenities or activities tailored specifically for senior guests.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bedrooms had nice bedding and the towels provided were of good quality. The living room had comfortable sofas and the furnishings were tastefully done. There were plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, and cutlery available, which was convenient.
The traffic noise outside was quite noticeable, but it didn't bother us too much as we were exhausted and slept well. It would have been nice to have bedside lights in the bedrooms.
